Cancellations for Consumers
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund.
