We are a proud supplier of HOMCOM products; items are usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributer. 

Familiar Logistics Companies

Smaller items typically ship via DPD on a next-working-day service, although the carrier may vary based on specific circumstances. Once your item is dispatched, we will notify you, and the shipping carrier will provide updates, including consignment information. The following morning, you will receive a 1-hour delivery window. If you are unavailable for delivery, DPD or the selected courier will offer several convenient alternative options.

Delivered Safely

For slightly larger products the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. Larger HOMCOM products such as split systems, multiple items, or larger evaporative coolers are palletised to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything, we can to ensure a predictable service there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please call the sales team on 03301656200 and they will do everything they can to help. 

Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and in one piece, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

The summer heat can be unpredictable, which is why you need a multi-functional cooling unit to match. Bring in this HOMCOM portable air conditioning unit to your home. It has cool, fan, dehumidify, and sleep modes. This unit is suitable for rooms sized 12-18㎡ and features a powerful R290 refrigerant with 9,000 BTU capacity that instantly cools your room. The 24-hour timer is easy to set for specific running times, saving electricity at night. For safety, the power cuts off when the tank is full, and the removable air filter ensures hygiene.

Easily control the unit with the on-unit LED display and the included remote control. The 'Sleep' mode can only be controlled by remote. The four wheels make it easy to move the unit from room to room. The unit requires assembly and comes with an exhaust hose, hose connector, window kit adapter, and remote control.
