Delivery information

UK Stockholder

We are a proud stockist of Fral products; items are usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributer. 

Familiar Logistics Companies

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD on a next working day service. We will inform you that the item has been shipped, DPD will then send an update with the consignment information and follow up the next morning with a 1-hour delivery slot. Should you not be available for whatever reason DPD have a few convenience options to choose from.

Delivered Safely

For slightly larger products the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. Larger Fral products such as split systems, multiple items, or larger evaporative coolers are palletised to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything we can to ensure a predictable service there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please call the sales team on 03301656200 and they will do everything they can to help. 

Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and in one piece, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

The Fral Blizzard FSC25 Portable Air Conditioner is your ultimate solution for robust and powerful cooling in various industrial and commercial environments. Engineered for durability, the Blizzard FSC25 is constructed from high-quality galvanised steel, coated with epoxy powder for enhanced resistance to harsh environmental conditions. Its sturdy frame and robust wheels ensure easy mobility and reliable performance even in the toughest settings.

The twin duct system allows flexible installation, accommodating up to nine metres of 305mm exhaust hose ducting. This versatility enables precise placement inside or outside the conditioned space. The built-in digital thermostat offers precise temperature control, maintaining indoor air down to 15°C.

Designed for ease of use, the Fral Blizzard FSC25 features a two-speed fan and twin flexible directional cold air outlets, allowing you to direct cool air exactly where needed. The self-evaporating design in cooling mode eliminates the need for a drainage hose, while the automatic condensate removal pump ensures uninterrupted operation.

Maintenance is straightforward with removable panels that provide quick access to internal components. Additionally, the unit includes a washable polyurethane air filter for easy upkeep and long-lasting performance.
