However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and in one piece, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.
