Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

This electric fireplace offers two adjustable heating modes: 1000W and 2000W, catering to different room sizes and heating needs. It covers a large 20-25㎡ area, making it ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, or any large space. The intelligent adaptive heating system automatically adjusts between 15°C-30°C, maintaining an optimised room temperature, while built-in safety features ensure the unit shuts off in case of overheating.

Convenience and Control at Your Fingertips

The included multi-function remote control makes adjusting the fireplace’s settings easy from anywhere in the room. You can control the flame brightness (five levels) and the timer, which allows you to set the unit to turn on and off on specific days, with a maximum timing range of 23 hours and 50 minutes.
