Cancellations for Consumers
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.
During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

Advanced Humidity Control for Smaller Homes
The MeacoDry Arete Two 12L is designed for flats and 1 to 3 bedroom homes. It helps tackle excess moisture before it contributes to damp, mould and condensation. Its variable humidistat can be set between 40% and 70% RH for controlled everyday dehumidification.
Faster, More Efficient Laundry Drying
Dedicated Laundry Mode provides a practical alternative to relying on a tumble dryer for every load. Three fan speeds and airflow up to 140m³/h help move dry air across wet clothes. The adjustable louvre lets you direct airflow towards your laundry for more effective drying.
Laundry Mode on Your Schedule
Choose a Laundry Mode timer between 1 and 12 hours depending on the load you're drying. The additional fan speed uses proportional control for smooth acceleration and deceleration. This gives you greater control when drying clothes indoors.
Dehumidifier and Air Purifier in One
Arete Two provides year-round air care by combining dehumidification with dedicated air purification. A washable dust filter and H13 HEPA filter are included as standard to capture airborne particles including dust, allergens and pet dander. Dedicated Air Purification Mode can also be used when dehumidification isn't required.
Smart Control From Anywhere
The Meaco app gives you convenient control directly from your mobile phone. Arete Two is also compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa voice commands. This makes managing your home's humidity easier without constantly returning to the appliance.
Premium Display, Clearer Information
The premium LCD 'Chase' display provides an easy way to monitor the conditions in your home. Current and desired humidity levels can be viewed at a glance alongside the selected operating mode. High-humidity and optimum-humidity indicators make it easier to understand when action is needed.
Quiet Enough for Everyday Living
Operating from just 35dB(A), the Arete Two is designed to control moisture without becoming an unnecessary distraction. Its DC motor combines high airflow with low energy consumption. At 20°C and 60% RH, rated power consumption is only 136W.
Designed Around Your Home
The compact 472 x 319 x 237mm design helps the Arete Two fit comfortably into smaller living spaces. It can be positioned directly against a wall to minimise the amount of floor space required. The unit operates between 5°C and 35°C, making it suitable for a wide range of household conditions.
Cleaner Air Throughout the Year
When excess humidity isn't a problem, dedicated Air Purification Mode keeps air moving through the filters. This makes the appliance useful beyond the traditional dehumidifying season. Optional charcoal filters can also be purchased separately for additional control of odours and volatile organic compounds.
