Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

Powerful 42kW Industrial Heating
The Broughton FF42 Industrial Electric Fan Heater delivers serious heating performance for demanding commercial and industrial environments. With up to 42kW of heat output and a powerful 3956m³/h airflow, it rapidly distributes warm air throughout large spaces. It is ideal for warehouses, factories, workshops and construction sites.
Clean, Fume-Free Electric Heat
As a fully electric heater, the FF42 produces clean, fume-free warm air without the combustion gases associated with gas or diesel heaters. It does not consume oxygen within the heated space, making it particularly useful for enclosed working environments. Simply connect it to a suitable 400V three-phase supply for powerful electric heating.
Two Heat Settings
Choose between 17kW and 42kW heat outputs to better match heating performance to the conditions. This flexibility allows the FF42 to provide powerful initial heating before switching to the lower setting when appropriate. A temperature rise of up to 57°C delivers effective warmth in challenging environments.
Thermostatically Controlled
A standard thermostat dial provides straightforward temperature control directly from the heater. Set the required temperature and allow the FF42 to regulate its operation accordingly. An optional analogue remote thermostat is also available where remote temperature control is preferred.
Ductable Up To 20 Metres
For applications where heat needs to be delivered away from the heater, the FF42 can be used with ducting up to 20 metres long. Its 500mm intake and outlet spigots provide flexibility when positioning the unit and directing airflow. This makes it particularly useful for temporary heating and challenging site layouts.
Built for Demanding Environments
The FF42 features a robust powder-coated steel casing designed for professional applications. Heavy-duty castors make repositioning easier, while integrated lifting brackets assist with transportation around larger sites. At 113kg, it is a substantial industrial heater built for repeated use.
Professional Safety Features
Built-in overtemperature protection helps protect the heater during operation. Phase protection provides additional security when operating from its three-phase electrical supply. The FF42 is also supplied with a 2-year warranty for added peace of mind.
