Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

Powerful 18kW Industrial Heating
The Broughton FFVH32 delivers up to 18kW of powerful electric heating for demanding industrial environments. A high 2,300m³/hr airflow helps move heated air quickly throughout larger spaces. It is ideal for workshops, warehouses, factories, garages and similar commercial applications.
360° Heat Distribution
Unlike conventional fan heaters that direct heat in one direction, the FFVH32 features a 360° inflatable diffuser. Warm air is distributed around the heater, helping achieve more even coverage across the surrounding workspace. The diffuser is washable, easy to store and manufactured from fire-retardant material.
Clean, Fume-Free Electric Heat
The FFVH32 operates entirely on electricity, providing warm air without combustion fumes or consuming oxygen through the heating process. This makes it particularly useful where combustion-based gas or diesel heating may be undesirable. Simply connect to a suitable 400V three-phase electrical supply for powerful industrial heating.
Three Flexible Operating Modes
Choose between full 18kW heating, reduced 12kW heating or fan-only operation. This allows the output to be adapted to changing temperatures and working conditions. Fan-only operation also provides useful air circulation when heating isn't required.
Precise Temperature Control
An integrated thermostat helps maintain the required temperature without unnecessary heating. A remote thermostat is also included, allowing temperature to be monitored and controlled away from the heater itself. This gives you greater flexibility when positioning the FFVH32 within larger spaces.
Built for Demanding Environments
A robust oven-hardened steel body gives the FFVH32 the durability required for industrial and commercial applications. An inline air filter helps reduce the amount of dust being circulated through the heater. Over-temperature protection provides an additional safety measure during operation.
Easy to Move Around Site
Despite its heavy-duty construction, the FFVH32 is designed with mobility in mind. Four lockable castors allow the heater to be repositioned around workshops, warehouses and job sites. Integrated carrying handles provide additional assistance when moving or positioning the unit.
