Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The Master BLP 103 Propane Heater delivers an impressive 57kW to 103kW of adjustable heating power. With up to 351,700 BTU, it provides rapid, powerful heating for large commercial and industrial environments. Its high output makes it particularly suited to demanding temporary heating applications.

Designed for use in well-ventilated spaces, the BLP 103 is ideal for warehouses, workshops and construction sites. A powerful 3,260m³/h airflow helps distribute warm air quickly throughout large working areas. This makes it an effective solution when fast heat is required.
Adjustable Heating Performance
Heating output can be adjusted between 57kW and 103kW, allowing performance to be matched to the application. The adjustable 0.75 to 2.00 bar regulator provides additional control over operation. Straightforward manual controls make the heater quick and easy to operate.
Built for Demanding Environments
The BLP 103 features a robust construction designed to withstand challenging commercial and industrial conditions. Its durable stainless-steel design makes it well suited to regular use on busy sites. Despite its substantial heating capacity, the unit remains practical to reposition when required.

Several integrated safety features help provide dependable operation. These include thermal motor protection, an overheat thermostat and a regulator with safety valve. This combination provides additional protection when the heater is being used in demanding environments.
Easy to Move and Set Up
Large wheels and integrated handles make moving the BLP 103 between working areas straightforward. A gas hose and regulator are included, providing the essential connections for setup with a suitable LPG bottle. Dual 110V and 240V compatibility also provides flexibility across different sites.
