Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The Elite BH25V2 Propane Gas Bin Heater delivers up to 25kW of powerful heating for non-domestic environments. Its adjustable 15kW to 25kW output lets you tailor the heat level to the conditions. It is ideal for construction sites, workshops and other industrial applications.
Wide, Effective Heat Distribution
A top-mounted deflector plate helps direct heat outwards into the surrounding area. This provides broad heat distribution where powerful local heating is required. The simple convector design makes the BH25V2 a practical solution for tough working environments.
Adjustable 15kW to 25kW Output
The integrated gas control valve allows the output to be adjusted between 15kW and 25kW. This provides approximately 50,000 to 84,000 BTU/hr of heating capacity. You can reduce output when less heat is required or use the full 25kW in colder conditions.
Designed with Safety in Mind
A safety tip-over shut-off device automatically cuts the gas supply if the heater is knocked over. The control panel is shielded to provide additional protection in demanding environments. A built-in safety gas valve further supports reliable operation.
Heavy-Duty Construction
The BH25V2 is engineered for the demands of construction and industrial use. Heavy-duty 2mm gauge legs feature triangular strengthening braces for increased durability and stability. Its rugged construction makes it well suited to regular site use.
Quick and Convenient Setup
Piezoelectric ignition provides straightforward start-up without requiring an electrical ignition supply. Easily accessible hose connections make connecting the gas supply simple. A 3-metre hose and regulator are included for convenient setup.
Practical Storage Between Jobs
The fully stackable construction is particularly useful when storing or transporting multiple heaters. An integrated pipe tidy system helps keep the hose organised when the heater is not being used. Its compact format reduces the storage space required between jobs.
Ideal for Industrial Applications
The BH25V2 is particularly suited to construction sites and other non-domestic environments requiring substantial temporary heat. As a propane-fired heater, it should only be operated outdoors or in appropriately ventilated areas. Always follow the manufacturer's ventilation and operating requirements.
