Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The Master BLP 17M delivers between 10 and 16kW of direct heat for rapid warmth in demanding environments. With a maximum output of approximately 54,600 BTU/h, it provides powerful heating from a compact unit. It is designed for outdoor and well-ventilated applications where fast, effective heat is required.
Ideal for Demanding Workspaces
Built for practical commercial and industrial use, the BLP 17M is well suited to warehouses, workshops, garages and construction sites. Its 300m³/h airflow helps distribute warm air effectively throughout the working area. Direct-fired operation provides an efficient solution when rapid heating is the priority.
Adjustable Heating Performance
Heat output can be adjusted between 10 and 16kW to suit changing conditions. This gives you greater control over fuel consumption and heating performance. A fuel consumption rate of up to 1.16kg/h combines powerful heating with straightforward operation.
Simple Manual Operation
The BLP 17M features manual ignition and simple controls for quick setup. Its uncomplicated design makes it easy to operate without unnecessary settings or programming. This model does not feature thermostat control.
Built for Tough Environments
A heavy-duty stainless steel outer casing helps protect the heater during regular use in demanding environments. Despite its powerful performance, the unit weighs just 4.5kg. Integrated grab handles make repositioning and transportation straightforward.
Integrated Safety Features
Multiple safety systems are built into the BLP 17M for dependable operation. These include an electrovalve, safety gas valve with thermocouple and a regulator with safety shut-off. Overheat thermostat and motor thermal protection provide additional safeguards during use.
