Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

Powerful Heat When You Need It
The Elite Non-Catalytic Cabinet Gas Heater delivers up to 4.2kW of powerful, adjustable heating. Three heat settings let you choose between 1.4kW, 2.8kW and 4.2kW depending on the conditions. This makes it easy to increase or reduce the heat as required.
Suitable for Spaces Up to 60m²
Designed to provide effective warmth across areas from 20 to 60m², this heater offers a versatile solution for a range of environments. It can be used in suitable domestic, commercial and workplace settings where additional heating is required. The ceramic panel burner provides effective heat from a relatively compact cabinet.
Three Adjustable Heat Settings
Choose the right level of warmth without operating at maximum output unnecessarily. The low 1.4kW setting provides gentle background heat, while the medium 2.8kW and high 4.2kW settings provide progressively greater heating power. This gives you greater control as temperatures and heating requirements change.
No Electrical Supply Required
Piezoelectric ignition provides quick and straightforward starting without relying on a mains electrical connection or batteries. This makes the heater particularly convenient where access to electrical sockets is limited. Simply ignite the heater and select the required heat setting.
Built-In Safety Protection
Multiple safety features are incorporated for additional protection during operation. These include an oxygen depletion sensor, overheat protection and an anti-tilt safety switch. The tip-over switch is designed to provide additional protection should the heater be accidentally knocked over.
Easy Gas Cylinder Changes
A practical fold-out bottle tray helps make replacing the gas cylinder straightforward. The heater uses a 21mm G53 butane regulator with an 8mm outlet at 37mB. Its cabinet design keeps the cylinder neatly contained during operation.
Portable and Easy to Position
Integrated wheels make the heater simple to reposition when heating requirements change. At just 8.5kg, the cabinet remains relatively easy to move while providing up to 4.2kW of heating output. Its compact 41 x 36 x 72cm dimensions also make it practical where floor space is limited.
