With such a wide range available to us, typically, we can pick your item right off the shelf and get it to you in no time. However, in some cases, we may need to special order certain items directly from the UK distributer to ensure you get exactly what you need. 

Delivered Safely

Master products are generally a little on the large side, therefore the delivery will usually by on a pallet and scheduled in with you. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

When it comes to shipping smaller items and accessories, they are dispatched with DPD/Yodel on a next working day service. You'll receive timely updates on the progress of your shipment, and DPD/Yodel even offers convenient options if you can't be there to receive your delivery. Returning an item

Returns & Damage Reporting Policy

We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.

Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers

Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.

Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)

If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.

To be eligible for a full refund:

  • unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
  • partial refund may apply

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)

For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.

Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

Powerful, Adjustable Heating

The Elite Catalytic Cabinet Gas Heater CABCATIH provides flexible heating for a variety of domestic and industrial spaces. Three heat settings of 2.0kW, 2.5kW and 3.2kW let you adjust the output to suit changing conditions. At maximum output, it delivers approximately 10,919 BTU/hr of heating power.

Ideal for Larger Spaces

Designed for areas between 20 and 60m², this heater is suitable for homes, offices, workshops and other spaces requiring additional warmth. Its adjustable output makes it easy to balance comfort with gas consumption. Maximum gas consumption is 232g per hour.

Efficient Catalytic Heating

A catalytic panel burner provides consistent heat without requiring an electrical power supply. Piezoelectric ignition provides quick and straightforward start-up. This makes the heater a practical option where portable, self-contained heating is required.

Built-In Safety Features

Several safety features are incorporated for greater protection during operation. These include an oxygen depletion sensor, overheat protection thermostat and tip-over safety switch. A safety gas valve with thermocouple provides an additional layer of protection.

Portable and Convenient

Integrated wheels make the cabinet heater easy to reposition whenever heating requirements change. A fold-out butane bottle tray simplifies access when changing the gas cylinder. At just 9.1kg, the unit combines substantial heating performance with convenient portability.

Efficient Butane Operation

The heater is designed for use with a 21mm G53 butane regulator with an 8mm outlet at 28mbar. Gas consumption ranges from 145g/h on Low to 232g/h on High. Its Energy Efficiency Rating of A provides an efficient solution for supplementary space heating.
