Master products are generally a little on the large side, therefore the delivery will usually by on a pallet and scheduled in with you. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

You'll receive timely updates on the progress of your shipment, and DPD/Yodel even offers convenient options if you can't be there to receive your delivery. Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers
