We understand the importance of delivering your products safely and conveniently. If the product you order is slightly larger, we will schedule the delivery with you to ensure it arrives on time. For larger items like industrial dehumidifiers or split systems, we take extra care in palletising them to guarantee their safe arrival. We'll also provide tracking information to give you a day slot for delivery.

Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

Pre-cool your rooms, such as your bedroom, for a perfect night’s sleep. The timer function allows you to set both on and off timers anywhere between 1 and 24 hours. Alternatively, use the Meaco App on your phone to set your cooling schedule. Sleep Mode further enhances your comfort by lowering fan speed, reducing noise, and dimming display lights.
