Delivery information

UK Stockholder

We are a proud stockist of Fral products; items are usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributer. 

Familiar Logistics Companies

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD on a next working day service. We will inform you that the item has been shipped, DPD will then send an update with the consignment information and follow up the next morning with a 1-hour delivery slot. Should you not be available for whatever reason DPD have a few convenience options to choose from.

Delivered Safely

For slightly larger products the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. Larger Fral products such as split systems, multiple items, or larger evaporative coolers are palletised to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything we can to ensure a predictable service there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please call the sales team on 03301656200 and they will do everything they can to help. 

Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and in one piece, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

The Fral Avalanche FACSW22 Water-Cooled Split Portable Air Conditioner is the ultimate cooling solution for your commercial and industrial needs. This highly efficient and powerful unit is perfect for cooling large spaces such as offices, data centres, hospitals, and hospitality settings. With a robust 6.7kW cooling capacity, it can effectively cool areas up to 55m².

Designed for convenience and ease of use, the Fral Avalanche features a self-contained chilled water system that circulates water through a cooled condenser, absorbing heat and pumping it to the outdoor unit for cooling and recirculation. The external unit can be positioned up to 30 metres away using optional 20m or 30m glycol fast-connecting umbilical lines, providing flexibility in installation.

The built-in digital thermostat allows precise temperature control, ensuring the indoor environment remains comfortable. Even in cooler temperatures, the hot gas defrost system prevents ice formation on the evaporator, maintaining efficiency and performance.

Constructed from durable galvanised steel with an epoxy powder paint finish, this unit is built to withstand harsh environmental conditions. The removable panels facilitate easy maintenance and quick inspection, while the integrated microprocessor controls defrost cycles, compressor timing, temperature, and alarms for optimal performance.

The Fral Avalanche is equipped with a three-speed fan for versatile airflow control and operates quietly, making it suitable for noise-sensitive environments. Its portability is enhanced by sturdy castors, allowing you to move it wherever cooling is needed.
