Delivered Safely

We understand the importance of delivering your products safely and conveniently. If the product you order is slightly larger, we will schedule the delivery with you to ensure it arrives on time. For larger items like industrial dehumidifiers or split systems, we take extra care in palletising them to guarantee their safe arrival. We'll also provide tracking information to give you a day slot for delivery.

Returning an item

Returns & Damage Reporting Policy

We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.

Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.

Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)

If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.

To be eligible for a full refund:

unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
partial refund may apply

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)

For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.

Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

Designed for flats, apartments, cottages and smaller properties, the Arete® One provides effective moisture control without dominating the room. It is also an excellent choice for bedrooms, home offices and studies. Its understated design allows it to blend naturally into modern interiors.

Dehumidifier and Air Purifier in One

Arete® combines two useful air-care functions within a single appliance. Alongside dehumidification, an included HEPA filter helps filter airborne particles as air passes through the machine. This provides year-round air care without requiring two separate appliances.

Operating from just 35 dB(A), Arete® has been engineered with quiet environments in mind. Two fan speeds allow performance to be adjusted according to your needs. This makes it particularly practical for everyday use around living and working areas.

The variable humidistat can be adjusted between 40% and 70% RH, allowing you to choose the humidity level that suits your environment. A clear digital display makes settings easy to view and manage. Straightforward controls keep everyday operation simple.

Easy to Live With

A 2.5-litre water tank provides convenient moisture collection, while the tank has been designed for easy emptying from either side. The compact 472 x 319 x 237mm body helps the unit fit comfortably into smaller spaces. At 10.7kg, it can also be repositioned around the property when required.
