If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and in one piece, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.
