Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.

Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The Dri-Eaz DrizAir 1200 is a rugged compressor dehumidifier built for demanding professional drying applications. It can extract up to 55 litres of moisture per day under high-humidity conditions. Its combination of strong moisture removal and 325m³/hr airflow makes it ideal for commercial and restoration work.
Made for Flood and Construction Drying
Designed for challenging environments, the DrizAir 1200 is particularly suited to flood restoration, water damage, leaks and construction drying. It can also help manage unwanted humidity in basements, storage facilities, gyms and other commercial spaces. Its operating temperature range of 1°C to 38°C provides versatility across changing site conditions.
Automatic Pump-Out Drainage
There is no condensate tank requiring frequent manual emptying. An integrated condensate pump can discharge collected water up to 12 metres away, including up to 5 metres vertically. A 12.2m drainage hose is included, making continuous operation considerably easier on busy sites.
Rugged Rotomoulded Construction
The tough rotomoulded polyethylene housing is designed to withstand the knocks and impacts associated with professional environments. The casing is backed by a lifetime guarantee for additional reassurance. This durable construction makes the unit particularly well suited to hire fleets, construction sites and restoration work.
Easy to Move Between Jobs
Large semi-pneumatic wheels and a rigid handle make transporting the 36kg unit more manageable. Its compact 83 × 50 × 50cm footprint also helps when working in restricted areas. Two units can be securely stacked to simplify transportation and storage.
Reliable Low-Temperature Drying
A hot-gas bypass defrost system helps maintain effective operation as temperatures fall. The DrizAir 1200 is rated to operate from 1°C to 38°C and between 40% and 100% relative humidity. This makes it suitable for a broad range of professional drying environments.
Simple Electronic Controls
An intuitive electronic control panel provides straightforward operation and easy-to-read information. Integrated diagnostics and hour counters make it easier to monitor the machine during professional use. A manual pump purge function provides additional control over condensate removal.
Filtered, Controlled Airflow
A 3M™ HAF air filter helps protect the unit while processing air at up to 325m³/hr. An integrated duct ring also provides greater flexibility when directing the processed air. Optional lay-flat ducting can be used where more controlled airflow distribution is required.
