Delivery information

We are not a dropshipper like some of our online competition. This item is usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributor. 

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD/Yodel on a next working day service. We will inform you that the item has been shipped. The courier will then send an update with the consignment information, and follow up the next morning with a 1 hour delivery slot. Should you not be available for whatever reason DPD/Yodel have a number of convenience options to choose from.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything we can to ensure a predictable service there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery please call the sales team on 03301656200 and they will do everything they can to help. 

Returning an item

Returns & Damage Reporting Policy

We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.

Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers

Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.

Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)

If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.

To be eligible for a full refund:

  • unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
  • partial refund may apply

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)

For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.

Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

Identical to the Blade S2500 in every way except the output. The Blade S2000 outputs a maximum if 2kw whereas the Blade S2500 is 2.5kw. Ideal for indoor and outdoor use, beautifully designed wall or ceiling mounted heater available in black or silver. Heating capacity can be set to four different levels: 1000W, 1500W, 2000W and 2500W. Equipped with safety features that prevent the heater from functioning if it is tipped over, or if the unit gets too hot. The countdown timer turns the unit off when the hour counter reached zero.
