Cancellations for Consumers
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. The five-direction automatic airflow ensures balanced cooling and heating throughout the room. Users can tailor comfort settings with wired remotes such as the CZ-RTC6 series, which offers Bluetooth® setup for quick commissioning. External fans or ERV systems can also be controlled directly from the indoor PCB via the PAW-FDC connector.
