Cancellations for Consumers
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.
During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

At only 235mm in height, this unit fits easily into narrow ceiling voids. The consistent height and depth across all capacities allow seamless integration across multi-unit installations. With piping runs up to 100 metres, the system provides excellent flexibility for complex layouts.

nanoe™ X (Mark 2) technology produces 9.6 trillion hydroxyl radicals per second, helping reduce odours, allergens and certain pollutants.
