Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and in one piece, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

If a delivery is unsuccessful or refused without prior notice, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Additionally, if the item has been used and the transaction is business-to-business (B2B), a 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely. Please ensure that the item(s) are returned in one piece, unused, and in their original packaging. Once we receive your returned item(s) and they are verified to meet these conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. If the item(s) have been used, installed, or returned damaged, our team will assess the condition and determine the appropriate refund amount, if any.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend selecting a tracked or insured shipping method to protect your return.
