Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The Broughton VF300 Extractor Fan delivers up to 3,600m³/hr of airflow for demanding ventilation applications. With static pressure of 343Pa, it provides strong, dependable air movement where effective extraction or fresh-air supply is required. Its 300mm fan diameter makes it well suited to professional and industrial environments.
Extract Stale Air or Supply Fresh Air
Designed for versatile ventilation, the VF300 can be used to extract unwanted air or introduce cleaner air into a working area. It is ideal for environments such as welding bays, warehouses, tunnels, laboratories and factories. This makes it a practical solution for temporary or targeted ventilation requirements.
Up to 20 Metres of Flexible Ducting
Compatible with flexible ducting runs up to 20 metres, the VF300 gives you greater control over where air is moved. Ducting can be used to reach areas where positioning the fan itself would be difficult. This provides additional flexibility across changing work sites and applications.
Built for Demanding Environments
A robust 1.5mm steel body helps protect the VF300 during regular commercial and industrial use. Sickle-shaped fan blades are designed to deliver effective airflow, while the aluminium-cased motor helps minimise unnecessary weight and heat. The result is a durable fan engineered for dependable operation.
Portable and Easy to Position
Despite its heavy-duty construction, the VF300 weighs just 14kg. Integrated braked castors make moving the fan around the workplace straightforward while providing secure positioning during operation. Its compact 44cm x 37cm x 40cm dimensions also make it easier to position where space is limited.
110V or 230V Options
The VF300 is available in both 110V/16A and 230V/13A versions to suit different working environments. This makes it suitable for a broad range of industrial, commercial and site-based applications. Always select the appropriate voltage version for the intended power supply.
