Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and in one piece, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

The WELSC14 4.1kW Portable Air Conditioner and Spot Cooler is a versatile climate solution ideal for both residential and commercial use. With a powerful 14,000 BTU cooling capacity, it efficiently cools spaces up to 100 square metres, making it perfect for large rooms, offices, and warehouses. This unit also offers a 4,000 BTU heating capacity, ensuring comfort throughout the year.

Engineered for maximum utility, the WELSC14 can be set up in multiple ways to suit your needs. Use it conventionally with the exhaust hose out the window, or for quieter operation, place the unit outside the room and duct the cold air in. For spot cooling or drying applications, both hoses can be attached to manage hot and cold air effectively.

The compact design allows the unit to fit snugly against walls, saving space. Its easy-to-use electronic control panel, combined with two large retro-style knobs, provides intuitive control over fan speeds, temperature, and timer settings. Additionally, a remote control and an LCD display ensure convenient operation from anywhere in the room.

Equipped with a fish tail window nozzle for straightforward installation and fitted castors for easy mobility, the WELSC14 is designed with convenience in mind. Its environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant offers increased energy efficiency, while the A-class energy efficiency rating ensures low operating costs. The unit operates at a quiet 56 dB, making it one of the quieter models in its class.

The WELSC14 also features a 24-hour timer and a sleep mode, which adjusts temperature and fan speed automatically for undisturbed sleep.
