We regularly replenish our stock of Broughton products. With such a wide range available to us, typically, we can pick your item right off the shelf and get it to you in no time. However, in some cases, we may need to special order certain items directly from the UK distributer to ensure you get exactly what you need. 

Delivered Safely

For slightly larger products such as the MCe range of commercial portable air conditioning units, the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. As these are larger products they are palletised to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

Familiar Logistics Companies

When it comes to shipping, smaller items are dispatched with DPD/Yodel on a next working day service, ensuring you receive your order quickly. You'll receive timely updates on the progress of your shipment, and DPD/Yodel even offers convenient options if you can't be there to receive your delivery. At our store, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and hassle-free as possible.

Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and in one piece, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

Broughton FF3 Blue Giant 3kw 240v

The Broughton FF3 is an efficient, powerful and portable 3kW electric fan heater that is perfect for commercial and industrial applications. It has been designed and built to withstand the rigours of regular site use and is ideal for use on construction sites, in factories, warehouses, temporary buildings, event marquees and more. With a robust powder-coated metal outer casing, efficient fan providing 423m3/hr airflow, an adjustable thermostat and over temperature protection, it offers very low noise operation and is the perfect choice for enclosed spaces where direct oil and gas space heaters are not suitable.
