Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The EIPL HM150 Dehumidifier is a powerful commercial unit designed for demanding environments such as construction sites, flood restoration, and industrial drying. Built with Ebac’s proven refrigeration technology, it delivers consistent moisture extraction while remaining energy efficient.
Its robust design and powerful airflow make it ideal for drying rooms, warehouses, and building areas quickly and effectively.
High Moisture Extraction Performance
With a typical extraction rate of 50 litres per day, the HM150 removes large volumes of moisture quickly. This helps speed up drying times after floods, leaks, or plastering work.
The system maintains excellent performance across a wide operating range thanks to EIPL’s EEVC efficiency system, ensuring optimal moisture removal even in varying conditions.
Durable Rotomoulded Construction
The HM150 features a rotomoulded polyethylene housing, designed to withstand tough job site conditions. This extremely durable casing protects internal components while remaining lightweight enough for transport.
The design also allows safe stacking, reducing storage space and making transportation between jobs easier.
Efficient Operation with Low Energy Use
Powered by a rotary compressor using R454C refrigerant, the unit delivers high extraction with low environmental impact. The refrigerant complies with F-Gas 2020 regulations and has a low global warming potential.
Despite its powerful performance, the HM150 operates with a maximum power consumption of just 900W, helping to reduce running costs.
Reliable Cold Temperature Performance
The integrated reverse cycle and temperature-sensitive defrost system prevents ice build-up on the coils. This ensures the machine continues working efficiently in cooler environments.
The HM150 can operate in temperatures as low as 3°C, making it suitable for many drying applications where standard dehumidifiers struggle.
Flexible Drainage with Built-in Pump
An internal condensate pump allows water to be discharged easily without manual emptying. The pump can lift water up to 3 metres, giving flexibility when draining to sinks, waste pipes, or external drainage points.
A pump purge switch allows the pump to be emptied before transport, preventing spills when moving the machine.
Designed for Practical Use
The HM150 includes features that make everyday operation simple and reliable. Large wheels and integrated handles allow easy movement between locations.
A washable air filter removes airborne dust and debris, protecting internal components while reducing maintenance costs.
