Delivery information

UK Stockholder

We are a proud stockist of Ecor Pro Products; items are usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion, we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributor. 

Familiar Logistics Companies

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD on a next working day service. We will inform you once the item has been shipped, DPD will then send an update with the consignment information, and follow up the next morning with a 1 hour delivery slot. Should you not be available, DPD have a number of convenient options to choose from.

Delivered Safely

For slightly larger products, the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. Larger Ecor Pro products are palletised to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endevour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything we can to ensure a predictable service, there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery please call the sales team and they will do everything they can to help. 

Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

Ecor Pro EPHUM24DF 12v Humidistat with 5m cable and 3.5 jack plug

THe Ecor Pro EPHUM24DF is designed for use with the DH1200 and DH800 to keep the perfect humidity level in any environment. This lightweight, low-voltage regulator is designed with a simple dial that you can use with ease and accuracy. Additionally, it has a 5-metre power cable and 3.5mm jack plug that connects directly to your dehumidifiers so you can install it quickly and easily. 

The Ecor Pro EPHUM24DF allows you to set a required, maintainable humidity level in spaces that need to be dried out. Beyond convenience, this humidistat also promotes energy efficiency and money savings as it will switch the dehumidifier on and off automatically as required by the desired humidity while giving you 20% continuous operation for maximum benefit. In addition, this regulator is swimming pool ready, as well as compatible with both AC/DC converters and allows the operator to select between -20°C - 40°C
