Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

Smarter Protection Against Excess Moisture
The MeacoDry Arete® Two provides intelligent moisture control for smaller homes and individual rooms. It helps combat damp, mould and condensation while creating a more comfortable indoor environment. It is particularly suited to studios, flats and one or two-bedroom homes.
Dehumidifier and Air Purifier in One
Arete® Two combines effective dehumidification with everyday air purification. A medical-grade H13 HEPA filter is included to help capture airborne particles as air passes through the unit. This gives you two useful air-care functions without needing two separate appliances.
Faster Laundry Drying
Designed with laundry drying in mind, Arete® Two features an energy-saving DC motor and three fan speeds. Maximum airflow reaches 140m³/h, helping move more dry air around wet clothes. An adjustable louvre and dedicated laundry timers provide additional control over the drying process.
Efficient DC Motor Technology
The advanced DC motor can move up to 60% more air while using the same amount of energy compared with the referenced previous design. Power consumption is just 136W under the stated test conditions of 20°C and 60% RH. This combines strong airflow with economical everyday operation.
Whisper-Quiet Performance
At its lowest setting, Arete® Two operates at just 35dB(A). Night mode combines quiet operation with a low fan speed, making the unit well suited to bedrooms and other noise-sensitive spaces. Its three stated operating noise levels are 35, 38 and 44dB(A).
Control It From Your Phone
The new Meaco app gives you convenient control directly from your mobile phone. Change operating modes or adjust your target humidity without walking over to the dehumidifier. Voice control is also supported through Google and Alexa.
Premium LCD Chase Display
The distinctive LCD Chase display provides an immediate view of current and target humidity. It can also display information including the selected operating mode and timer settings. The high-humidity "WET" indicator and optimum relative humidity heart indicator make conditions easier to understand at a glance.
Humidity Control Your Way
The variable humidistat can be adjusted between 40% and 70% RH. Adjustable ON/OFF and laundry timers provide additional control over when and how the unit operates. The manual louvre lets you direct airflow where it is most useful.
Designed for Cooler Homes
Arete® Two has an operating temperature range of 5°C to 35°C. This makes it suitable for a variety of domestic spaces, including cooler environments below 10°C. Its compressor-based design provides year-round moisture management within the specified operating range.
Easy to Live With
At 10.7kg, the Arete® Two combines useful performance with a relatively compact footprint. Its 2.5-litre water tank collects extracted moisture, while the washable dust filter helps simplify routine maintenance. The understated design allows it to fit naturally into modern homes.
