Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

Operating from just 36dB(A), its Quiet Mark recognised performance makes it particularly suitable for bedrooms and living spaces. Enjoy effective moisture control without excessive background noise.
12 Litres of Daily Moisture Extraction
Despite its compact design, the MeacoDry ‘ABC’ can extract up to 12 litres of moisture per day. It is particularly well suited to flats and 1 to 3 bedroom homes experiencing condensation or damp. Maximum airflow of 105m³/hour helps circulate and process humid air effectively.
Low-Cost Everyday Operation
With power consumption of only 165W under the stated test conditions, the MeacoDry ‘ABC’ is designed with everyday running costs in mind. The supplied estimate is approximately 4p per hour based on electricity costing 26.11p/kWh. This makes it practical for regular moisture management throughout the home.
Take Control of Your Humidity
The variable humidistat lets you select a target between 30% and 80% RH. Humidity can be adjusted in 5% increments, giving you greater control over your home's environment. Once set, the dehumidifier can manage moisture levels automatically.
Make Indoor Laundry Easier
Drying clothes indoors releases additional moisture into your home. Dedicated Laundry Mode runs the dehumidifier at full speed for six hours to help remove this excess moisture before automatically switching off. It provides a convenient solution when outdoor drying isn't practical.
Designed Around Everyday Life
A child lock prevents unwanted changes to your settings, while the digital display keeps operation straightforward. Two fan speeds let you choose between higher airflow and quieter operation. An adjustable 1 to 24-hour off timer provides additional control over running times.
Continuous Moisture Management
The 2.6-litre water tank provides convenient collection during normal use, with automatic shut-off helping prevent overflow when full. For longer periods of operation, continuous drainage is also supported using a suitable hose, although the hose is not included. Auto restart provides added convenience following an interruption to the power supply.
Reliable Performance Through Cooler Conditions
Automatic defrost supports efficient operation when temperatures fall, with a stated operating range of 5°C to 35°C. This helps maintain extraction performance across typical household conditions. A washable dust filter also makes routine maintenance straightforward.
Compact and Easy to Position
At just 463mm high and weighing 10.4kg, the MeacoDry ‘ABC’ provides useful dehumidification without demanding excessive floor space. Its compact footprint makes it especially useful where space is limited. It can comfortably fit into flats, bedrooms, utility rooms and other smaller domestic spaces.
