Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The MeacoDry ‘ABC’ 10L provides effective moisture control without filling your home with unwanted noise. Operating from just 36dB(A), its low-noise design has earned a Quiet Mark. It is particularly well suited to flats and one to two-bedroom homes.
Tackle Damp, Condensation and Excess Moisture
Designed to remove excess humidity from the air, the MeacoDry ‘ABC’ helps tackle common problems including damp, condensation and mould. It can extract up to 10 litres of moisture per day under rated conditions. This helps maintain a drier and more comfortable home environment.
Low-Cost Everyday Operation
With power consumption of only 165W at 27°C and 60% RH, this compressor dehumidifier is designed with energy efficiency in mind. Approximate electricity consumption is stated at just 4p per hour based on an electricity price of 26.11p/kWh. This makes it practical for regularly managing ongoing moisture problems.
Make Indoor Laundry Drying Easier
Dedicated Laundry Mode runs the dehumidifier at full speed for six hours to assist with drying clothes indoors. Once the cycle finishes, the unit automatically switches itself off to help avoid unnecessary energy consumption. It is particularly useful when outdoor drying is impractical.
Set the Humidity You Want
The variable humidistat allows you to select a target between 30% and 80% RH in 5% increments. The display also shows the current relative humidity in the room, making conditions easy to monitor. Simply choose your preferred level and let the dehumidifier manage excess moisture.
Designed Around Everyday Life
Automatic defrost helps maintain extraction performance when operating at lower temperatures. A tank-full automatic shut-off helps prevent overflowing, while the auto-off timer gives you greater control over operating periods. A child lock also prevents settings from being changed accidentally.
Compact and Easy to Position
Measuring just 463mm high, 300mm wide and 250mm deep, the MeacoDry ‘ABC’ delivers useful dehumidification without demanding excessive floor space. Its 2.6-litre water tank provides convenient moisture collection. At 10.1kg, the unit remains manageable for repositioning around the home.
Efficient Compressor Technology
The compressor system operates across temperatures from 5°C to 35°C and uses R290 refrigerant. Maximum airflow reaches 105m³/hour to circulate room air through the dehumidifier. A washable dust filter provides simple ongoing maintenance.
