Delivery information

UK Stockholder

We are a proud stockist of Air Conditioning Centre products; items are usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributer. 

Familiar Logistics Companies

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD on a next working day service. We will inform you that the item has been shipped, DPD will then send an update with the consignment information and follow up the next morning with a 1-hour delivery slot. Should you not be available for whatever reason DPD have a few convenience options to choose from.

Delivered Safely

For slightly larger products the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. Larger Air Conditioning Centre products such as split systems, multiple items, or larger evaporative coolers are palletised to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything, we can to ensure a predictable service there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please call the sales team on 03301656200 and they will do everything they can to help. 

Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

The KYR-55GW/LUX features a contemporary Italian design that seamlessly integrates into any room decor. Its anti-mould coating ensures hygienic operation, while the high-output UV-C lamp effectively sterilises the air by deactivating bacteria, viruses, and mould. The dust-proof mesh layer further enhances air quality, making the air you breathe clean and healthy.

Smart home functionality allows you to control the unit via the Smart Life app on your smartphone or tablet. It is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, providing convenient voice control. The easy-roll castors make it simple to move the unit from room to room, offering flexible cooling and heating wherever needed.

This portable air conditioner includes a user-friendly LED display and an infrared remote control for easy adjustment of settings.
