Delivery information

UK Stockholder

We are a proud stockist of Ecor Pro Products; items are usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion, we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributor. 

Familiar Logistics Companies

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD on a next working day service. We will inform you once the item has been shipped, DPD will then send an update with the consignment information, and follow up the next morning with a 1 hour delivery slot. Should you not be available, DPD have a number of convenient options to choose from.

Delivered Safely

For slightly larger products, the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. Larger Ecor Pro products are palletised to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endevour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything we can to ensure a predictable service, there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery please call the sales team and they will do everything they can to help. 

Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and in one piece, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

The Ecor Pro DH2500 DryFan 35L Desiccant Dehumidifier is a powerhouse for industrial and commercial use. Designed to operate efficiently from -20°C to 40°C, this dehumidifier ensures optimal performance in various conditions. Its advanced desiccant technology, combined with a continuously rotating moisture-absorbing wheel, makes it four to seven times faster at drying than traditional compressor dehumidifiers.

This compact and lightweight unit, with a durable steel construction and epoxy paint finish, is built for longevity and ease of transport. It features a robust 380 m³/hr process air capacity, effectively removing up to 35 liters of moisture per day without producing water, as the moisture is vented away. The DH2500 is perfect for continuous drying applications in large areas, making it ideal for flood drying, building maintenance, and storage.

With an automatic power reset and a self-regulating energy usage system, the Ecor Pro DH2500 ensures reliable and efficient operation. Its low-noise fan and minimal energy consumption make it a convenient choice for demanding environments. The unit is easy to install, can be used free-standing or installed with ducting options, and includes a humidistat connection for added control.
