Delivery information

We are not a dropshipper like some of our online competition. This item is usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributor. 

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD/Yodel on a next working day service. We will inform you that the item has been shipped. The courier will then send an update with the consignment information, and follow up the next morning with a 1 hour delivery slot. Should you not be available for whatever reason DPD/Yodel have a number of convenience options to choose from.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything we can to ensure a predictable service there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery please call the sales team on 03301656200 and they will do everything they can to help. 

Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

Ideal for indoor and outdoor use, beautifully designed wall or ceiling mounted heater available in black or silver. Heating capacity can be set to four different levels: 1000W, 1500W, 2000W and 2500W. When the heater is knocked over it will automatically shut down. If the heater exceeds temperature requirements, it will automatically switch itself off. When the timer is set, the heater will automatically shut down at the end of the determined time. This heater is ideal for places such as homes, conservatories, patios, bathrooms, restaurants, gardens, bistros, cafes, offices, factories, gyms, farms etc.

Remote Controlled

With the remote control you can set all functions and settings: regulate the heating levels, turn the heater On or Off.

Veito Blade S2500 Patio Heater model is Waterproof IP55 certified which means that you can place this heater inside as well as outside. The protection grill is made from lifetime guarantee 304 stainless steel. Each and every part of the heater has been carefully designed to provide strong and long-life performance
