Delivery information

We are not a drop-shipper like some of our online competition. This item is usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributor. 

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD/Yodel on a next working day service. We will inform you that the item has been shipped. The courier will then send an update with the consignment information, and follow up the next morning with a 1 hour delivery slot. Should you not be available for whatever reason DPD/Yodel have a number of convenience options to choose from.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything we can to ensure a predictable service there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery please call the sales team on 03301656200 and they will do everything they can to help. 

Returning an item

Returns & Damage Reporting Policy

We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.

Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers

Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.

Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)

If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.

To be eligible for a full refund:

  • unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
  • partial refund may apply

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)

For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.

Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

Slightly smaller in width than the bigger Blade heaters (20cm to be exact), the Blade Mini is designed to fit in smaller areas up to 15 square meters. The Blade Mini still puts out 1.2kW of heat that feels much like a 2kw conventional infrared heater, and without the glare. Ideal for indoor and outdoor use, beautifully designed wall or ceiling mounted heater available in black or silver. Four heat settings: 600W, 800W, 1000W and 1200W. Equipped with the usual safety features that shut the heater off if it is tipped over, or if the unit gets too hot. The countdown timer turns the unit off when the hour counter reached zero. Ideal for applications around the home, especially effective in conservatories, patios, and bathrooms. It's also quite common to see these used in restaurants, gardens, bistros, cafes, offices, factories, gyms.

Remote Controlled

Adjust the heat settings, timer, and turn the heater on and off effortlessly with the remote control. Extremely handy if the unit is ceiling or mounted on the wall out of reach. 

Indoor and Outdoor

Waterproof IP55 certified which means that you can use this heater outdoors 24/7. The grill is made from 304 stainless steel for longevity. Each and every part of the heater has been carefully designed to provide strong and long-life performance
