Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The Broughton Mighty Dry MDe70 is built for demanding commercial and industrial drying applications. It can extract up to 70 litres of moisture per day, with a powerful 400m³/h airflow. Its rugged metal construction makes it particularly suited to challenging working environments.
Ideal for Construction and Flood Restoration
Designed for serious moisture control, the MDe70 is ideal for construction sites, flood restoration and long-term storage protection. It rapidly removes excess moisture to help accelerate drying and maintain controlled conditions. Its robust design makes it well suited to regular professional use.
Integrated Condensate Pump
An integrated condensate pump allows collected water to be automatically discharged during operation. This reduces the need for manual intervention and makes the MDe70 better suited to extended drying applications. Simply arrange suitable drainage and let the machine get to work.
Precise Humidity Control
The built-in electronic humidistat allows the MDe70 to maintain the required relative humidity level automatically. An LED display provides clear operating information, while the 24-hour electronic timer gives greater control over operating periods. This makes it easier to tailor drying to the requirements of each application.
Intelligent Automatic Defrost
Cold conditions can reduce the effectiveness of conventional refrigerant dehumidifiers. The MDe70 features an intelligent automatic defrost system to support efficient operation across its 5°C to 35°C working range. This helps minimise interruptions when operating in cooler environments.
Built for Demanding Environments
A tough metal case provides impact resistance for construction sites, restoration work and other demanding locations. Large non-marking wheels and an integrated handle make the machine easier to manoeuvre between working areas. Multiple units can also be stacked neatly when not in use.
Lower GWP Refrigerant
The MDe70 uses R290 refrigerant to combine powerful moisture removal with a low Global Warming Potential refrigerant. This provides a more environmentally conscious approach to professional dehumidification. Performance is maintained without relying on higher-GWP alternatives.
