Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.

The Broughton IFH15 Industrial Electric Fan Heater delivers up to 15kW of powerful electric heating for demanding commercial and industrial environments. With an impressive 2246 m³/hr airflow, it rapidly distributes warm air throughout spaces up to approximately 120m². It is ideal for workshops, warehouses, factories and similar working environments.
Clean, Fume-Free Warm Air
Unlike gas or diesel heaters, the IFH15 produces clean warm air without combustion fumes or oxygen depletion. This makes it particularly useful for enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces where combustion-based heating may be unsuitable. Simply connect it to the appropriate electrical supply for powerful, clean heating.
Three Adjustable Heat Outputs
Choose between 5kW, 10kW and 15kW heating outputs to match changing conditions and heating requirements. This flexibility helps avoid using maximum output when it isn't required. A dedicated fan-only setting also provides air circulation without heat during warmer periods.
Automatic Temperature Control
An integrated thermostat helps maintain a comfortable and consistent room temperature. Once set, the heater automatically cycles its heating operation as required. This gives you straightforward temperature management without continually adjusting the heater manually.
High Airflow Performance
With an air output of 2246 m³/hr, the IFH15 is designed to move large volumes of heated air effectively. The combination of strong airflow and 15kW maximum heating capacity makes it well suited to larger commercial spaces.
