Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.

Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

Powerful 18kW Industrial Heating
The Broughton FFHT32 delivers up to 18kW of powerful electric heating for demanding commercial and industrial environments. With an airflow of approximately 1533m³/hr, it rapidly distributes warm air throughout larger spaces. It is ideal when reliable, high-capacity temporary or supplementary heating is required.
Ideal for Demanding Environments
Designed for workshops, warehouses, factories, construction sites and events, the FFHT32 is built for professional applications. Its electric operation produces clean, fume-free warm air without the combustion gases associated with fuel-burning heaters. This makes it particularly useful for enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces where suitable electric heating is preferred.
Three Flexible Operating Modes
Choose between full 18kW heating, reduced 12kW heating or fan-only operation. This allows the heater's performance to be adapted to changing conditions throughout the day. Fan-only mode also provides useful air circulation when heating is not required.
Precise Thermostatic Control
An integrated thermostat allows the FFHT32 to automatically cycle to help maintain the selected temperature. A remote thermostat is also included, providing greater flexibility when positioning and controlling the heater. This helps avoid unnecessary heating while maintaining more consistent conditions.
Direct Heat Where It's Needed
A 300mm outlet spigot allows the FFHT32 to be connected to up to 10 metres of suitable ducting. Warm air can therefore be directed into specific areas rather than relying solely on heating immediately around the unit. This is particularly useful for temporary installations, construction projects and difficult-to-reach spaces.
Built for Industrial Use
Manufactured in the UK, the FFHT32 combines a robust steel casing with components designed for demanding environments. Four locking castors allow the 30kg heater to be repositioned around a site while providing stability once in place. Over-temperature protection provides an additional safeguard during operation.
Suitable for High-Temperature Applications
With a maximum temperature rise of 75°C, the FFHT32 can also support specialist heat-treatment applications. This includes appropriate pest-control processes where elevated temperatures are used against pests such as bed bugs. Suitability and operating procedures should always be assessed for the specific treatment and environment.
Three-Phase Power Supply
The FFHT32 is a high-powered industrial heater requiring a 415V three-phase electrical supply. It operates from a 32A 3PH+N+E supply and uses a 32A 5-pin connection. The electrical supply should be confirmed as suitable before installation or use.
