Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.

Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

Powerful 3kW Portable Heating
The Broughton FF3 Portable Fan Heater delivers 3kW of heating power, equivalent to approximately 10,236 BTU/hr. It provides fast, dependable supplementary heating wherever permanent heating is unavailable or impractical. Its compact design makes it particularly useful for temporary and changing work environments.
423m³/hr Heated Airflow
A powerful 423m³/hr airflow helps distribute warm air effectively throughout the space. Rather than simply producing heat around the heater itself, the FF3 actively moves heated air into the surrounding environment. This makes it a practical choice for workshops, construction sites and other commercial applications.
Built for Demanding Environments
The FF3 features a rugged construction designed specifically for commercial and industrial use. It is well suited to the everyday demands of workshops, building sites and temporary work areas. Its robust design provides dependable heating when working conditions become cold.
Adjustable Temperature Control
An adjustable thermostat allows the required temperature to be selected and maintained more easily. For applications requiring greater flexibility, an optional remote thermostat is also available. This provides additional control when the heater cannot conveniently be positioned next to the operator.
Quiet Heating Performance
Despite its powerful airflow, the FF3 operates at just 45dB(A) measured at three metres. This helps provide effective heating without introducing excessive background noise. It is particularly useful in working environments where reducing unnecessary noise is important.
Built-In Overheat Protection
Integrated over-temperature protection provides an additional level of operational safety. The system helps protect the heater if excessive temperatures are detected. This makes the FF3 better suited to demanding professional environments where reliability matters.
Compact and Easy to Move
At only 10kg, the FF3 can be moved between different work areas whenever additional heat is required. Its compact, portable construction makes repositioning straightforward. One heater can therefore provide flexible supplementary heating across multiple areas of a site.
Optional Ducted Heating
The FF3 supports up to 2 metres of compatible ducting, allowing heated air to be directed towards a particular area. This can be useful when the heater cannot be positioned directly inside the space requiring heat. Ducting is not required for normal operation and can simply be added when targeted heat distribution is needed.
