Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The Broughton FF13 delivers a powerful 9kW of electric heating for demanding commercial and industrial environments. With approximately 30,708 BTU/hr of heat output, it provides dependable warmth when temperatures drop. Its rugged construction makes it particularly suited to regular site and professional use.
Clean, Fume-Free Warm Air
Unlike gas and oil-fired alternatives, the FF13 produces clean heat without combustion fumes or emissions at the point of use. It also does not consume oxygen during operation. This makes it an excellent heating solution for enclosed indoor environments where combustion heaters may be unsuitable.
Ideal for Demanding Environments
Designed for workshops, warehouses, factories, construction sites and event marquees, the FF13 combines high heating performance with straightforward operation. Its durable powder-coated metal casing helps protect the heater in demanding working environments. The fully serviceable design is built with long-term professional use in mind.
High 1,017m³/hr Airflow
A powerful FC impellor produces an airflow rate of 1,017m³/hr to distribute warm air effectively throughout the space. This helps move heat away from the heater rather than concentrating warmth immediately around the unit. Despite its powerful performance, operating sound is rated at 55 dB(A) from 3 metres.
Adjustable Temperature Control
An integrated thermostat dial gives the user straightforward control over the required temperature. Once set, the heater can be used to maintain a more comfortable working environment. Built-in over-temperature protection provides an additional layer of operational safety.
Portable and Easy to Deploy
Measuring just 380 x 300 x 450mm, the FF13 combines substantial heating performance with a relatively compact design. At 18kg, it can be repositioned as heating requirements change. This makes it suitable for temporary, supplementary and targeted heating applications.
Optional Ducted Heating
For applications requiring warm air to be directed to a specific area, optional ducting spigots are available. The FF13 supports ducting runs of up to 10 metres, providing additional flexibility when positioning the heater. A remote thermostat is also available as an optional accessory for more specialised installations.

The FF13 is manufactured in the UK using robust components and a durable powder-coated metal casing. Its serviceable construction is designed to provide dependable performance over repeated commercial use. For additional reassurance, the heater is supplied with a 2-year warranty.
