Cancellations for Consumers
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.
During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. No Outdoor Unit Required
Say goodbye to bulky external condensers. The RAC Solo needs only two 162 mm holes (202 mm for larger models) to exchange air with the outside. This makes it ideal for apartments, heritage buildings, or spaces where outdoor units aren’t possible.
Simple and Flexible Installation
Designed as a stand-alone system with no refrigerant connections, the RAC Solo can be installed on almost any perimeter wall. Choose from high-wall or low-level mounting to match your interior layout. The self-closing grille opens only during operation, keeping the appearance clean and secure.
Efficient DC Inverter Technology
Equipped with advanced DC inverter technology, the unit automatically adjusts output for maximum comfort and energy efficiency. With SEER ratings up to 4.7 (A class) and SCOP ratings up to 3.8 (A class), it delivers powerful temperature control while saving energy.
