Delivery information

UK Stockholder

We are a proud stockist of Air Conditioning Centre products; items are usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributer. 

Familiar Logistics Companies

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD on a next working day service. We will inform you that the item has been shipped, DPD will then send an update with the consignment information and follow up the next morning with a 1-hour delivery slot. Should you not be available for whatever reason DPD have a few convenience options to choose from.

Delivered Safely

For slightly larger products the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. Larger Air Conditioning Centre products such as split systems, multiple items, or larger evaporative coolers are palletised to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything, we can to ensure a predictable service there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please call the sales team on 03301656200 and they will do everything they can to help. 

Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

The Air Conditioning Centre KYR-25CO/LUX Portable Air Conditioner is an exceptional cooling solution designed for home and office use. With a robust 9000 BTU cooling capacity, it efficiently cools spaces up to 30 m², making it ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and small offices. For conservatories, it is recommended for spaces up to 15 m².

Featuring an energy-efficient Grade A rating, this unit ensures cost-effective operation. The smart home compatibility allows for convenient control via WiFi using the Smart Life app, as well as compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. This flexibility ensures you can manage the cooling settings from your smartphone or tablet, enhancing overall convenience.

The KYR-25CO/LUX offers three fan speeds, allowing you to customise airflow according to your preference and room conditions. The built-in UV-C sterilisation lamp and dust-proof mesh layer improve air quality by eliminating harmful microorganisms and ensuring clean, healthy air circulation.

Portability is a key feature of this model, with easy roll castors enabling effortless movement between rooms. The compact design includes a large LED display panel for simple operation and an infrared remote control for added convenience.

This portable air conditioner includes a ducted exhaust hose and an adjustable window mounting panel for quick and easy setup. The automatic condensate removal system means there's generally no need to empty the water tank, except in extremely humid conditions. Additionally, the unit features a 24-hour timer and sleep mode, allowing you to schedule operation times and ensure quiet, efficient cooling during the night.

With advanced features like auto defrost to prevent ice buildup and a dual heat-exchanging system to enhance cooling performance and durability, the KYR-25CO/LUX is a reliable and versatile choice for maintaining optimal indoor climate control. Please note that this product is not intended for continuous 24-hour usage and is designed for 50% on time and 50% off time per 24 hours. Misuse in unsuitable environments will void the warranty.
